Apparently you can't go because the Jovian's destroyed the jump gates in their systems. It's a shame, really. Jovian's are too awesome.

He might be referring to back when a group of people kept trying to reach the beautiful EvE Gate but it proved useless because it was just a background image in the system not reachable. Eventually it just became a quest to see how far people could go and leave a can.

There was a trail of cans stretching for thousands of km at the very least, you would warp to the furthest one you could see and repeat, then drop one of your own closer when you reached the end.
All gone when CCP nerfed cans 
Yeah, I bet that crushed many souls. You can see some cans still laying around, though. If you haven't been to the EvE Gate in a long time, return there, you'll see it looks even more beautiful!

So, this Jove Space in theory is actually existent in the database? Stations, Celestial Objects, etc all are actually THERE? But you just can't get to it?
Or...what?
